Our faith is summed in the words of the Nicaeno-Constantinopolitan Creed:

We believe in one God,
      the Father almighty,
      maker of heaven and earth,
      of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
      the only Son of God,
      begotten from the Father before all ages,
           God from God,
           Light from Light,
           true God from true God,
      begotten, not made;
      of the same essence as the Father.
      Through him all things were made.
      For us and for our salvation
           he came down from heaven;
           he became incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary,
           and was made human.
           He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate;
           he suffered and was buried.
           The third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures.
           He ascended to heaven
           and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
           He will come again with glory
           to judge the living and the dead.
           His kingdom will never end.

And we believe in the Holy Spirit,
      the Lord, the giver of life.
      He proceeds from the Father and the Son,
      and with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified.
      He spoke through the prophets.
      We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic church.
      We affirm one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
      We look forward to the resurrection of the dead,
      and to life in the world to come. Amen.

In more detail:

  • We believe that the Bible, meaning the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament are the revealed God-breathed Word of God.
  • We believe that there is only one God that created the world with His Word and made man in His own image, according to His likeness. Also, that, he is a triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).
  • We believe in the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ and His incarnation through the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary. We believe in His sinless life, His miraculous power, His death on the cross for the salvation of man, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension, and His glorious second coming.
  • We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit through whom the sinner is reborn, lives a pious life, and through His strength and His gifts, he serves and carries out the Holy will of God.
  • We believe that man, from his nature, is a sinner and separated from God and that it is impossible for him to enter into the Kingdom of God and be saved by his own works. He can only be saved through faith in the blessed person and the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe in one holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, meaning the countless multitude of believers from all eras and all nations, that united through the Holy Spirit, with Christ as their head, constitute one body in Him and have communion with their Lord and with each other.
